On August 28, 1963 Dr. Martin Luther King gave an extraordinary discourse. This discourse set up social equality for ethnic minorities. The discourse I am alluding to is â€Å"I Have a Dream†. In â€Å"I Have a Dream† by Dr. Martin luther King persuasively talks about isolation and shameful acts against African Americans. Rulers discourse utilizes talk to spellbind the audience’s consideration on that August day. The primary case of King’s talk is as ethos.
